Yes! Invobi is completely free to use. You only pay for the AI API calls directly to your chosen provider (like Google Gemini).

There are no hidden fees or subscriptions on our end.

The core service is completely free and always will be — no account registration required. Just bring your own API key and start generating invoices.

To ensure fair usage for everyone, you can generate up to 5 invoices per 24 hours. This is a rolling limit based on when you generated your invoices.

In the future, we plan to offer optional paid plans with unlimited invoice generations, the ability to save your invoices, edit existing invoices, iterate on generated invoices, create new invoices from existing ones, and schedule automatic invoice generation.

Your privacy and security are our top priority:

• API keys are never stored — your key is only used for the single request to generate your invoice and is immediately discarded.
• Invoices are never stored — your invoice is generated on-the-fly and sent directly to you. We don't keep copies of your invoices on our servers.
• No data retention — all processing happens in real-time. Once your PDF is delivered, no trace of your data remains.

We believe in privacy by design — we simply don't collect what we don't need.
